Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners, you will play a key role in supporting users to get the most from the University’s Dynamics 365 platform — with a particular focus on the Customer Service and Marketing applications. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others use technology effectively. You will act as a bridge between users and technical teams, helping to shape requirements, improve platform adoption, and promote good practice in the use of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
