The Humanities Division Officer seeks a part-time administrator with strong organisational skills to fill a new role supporting the work of the Humanities Division Research Team. You will contribute to our ongoing success in developing the very active research funding culture in the Division. You will be well organised and have strong communications skills, and be able to work effectively with a wide range of people as a member of a team in a busy office. The post is available from 1 September 2012.<br><br>You will bring your knowledge and experience to bear in adapting of improving our administrative systems, playing a full part in supporting the Research team's event organisation, and becoming familiar with our funders, their schemes and policies in order to communicate these to our faculty colleagues. Experience of higher education committee servicing is desirable, but not essential.<br><br>The post is part-time at 0.6 FTE.<br><br>The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Monday 23 July 2012. You will be required to upload a supporting statement as part of your online application. Interviews will be held on Friday 27 July.
