Part-time HR Administrator

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide an
efficient and expert administrative service to the Bodleian Libraries
Personnel team. This particular role will deal with general personnel
administration such as recruitment as well as more general administration such
as minute taking, and dealing with invoices and budgets.

You will be able to work in a busy, sometimes pressurised environment, where
planning and organisation skills are essential, along with attention to
detail. Proven IT skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication
skills are also required and some previous HR experience would be an
advantage.

You will be expected to work flexibly with the HR Administration team, and
this may involve providing support to the HR officer as well as the other HR
administrators.

This is a pat-time post working 26.6 hours per week.

Due to the nature of this post, candidates are required to undertake a
Disclosure Scotland check as well as a financial background check. The
possession of a criminal record or poor financial background will not
necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are
judged individually according to the nature of the role and information
provided.
