The role of this post is to assist the Undergraduate Administrator in all
aspects of his/her work, and to provide efficient and effective support to the
undergraduate aspects of the Faculty’s activities and its examinations
processes. This will include: preparing, collating and proofreading paperwork
for meetings and examinations; inputting data; and collecting/distribution
examination scripts. In addition, the appointee will assist the UG
Administrator in ensuring that handbooks and the Faculty's Weblearn and
website are up-to-date; and will be responsible for administering the
Faculty's prizes.

Applicants should possess a good standard of education and some experience of
clerical work in an office environment. They should have excellent attention
to detail, strong numerical skills and a flexible and proactive approach to
their work.
