<div> The Humanities Divisional Office seeks to appoint an Events Assistant to support the Humanitas Programme of Visiting Professors and The Oxford Research Centre in Humanities (TORCH). This is a varied role combining event organisation with a range of administrative duties in which you will work closely with other members of the Humanities team.<br><br>You will have a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent), proven administrative skills, and previous experience in event organisation. You will have excellent inter-personal skills, be self-motivated and possess good written and oral communication skills.<br><br>The closing date for applications is noon on 22 October 2012. You will be required to upload a supporting statement as part of your online application. Interviews are expected to be held in late October or early November. </div>
