You will be part of the Oxford-Man Institutes (OMI) IT team. Providing broad
computing and data services to meet research and administrative requirements.
Reporting to the IT Manager and working closely with other members of the
support team. You will be expected to interact with all members of the
Institute to promote the IT service, and to ensure IT documentation and
records are maintained for service continuity and training.

You will be required to support the academic work of the Institute by
providing day-to-day front line support for both academic members and other
support staff. You will be expected to prioritise and troubleshoot all support
queries using the IT issues tracking system, escalating to the IT Manager
where appropriate. You will primarily be responsible for level 1-2 helpdesk
work, but you will be expected to regularly undertake level 3 systems
administration tasks.

This is a full-time post. The position is available immediately. The
postholder will be based at Oxford-Man Institute, Eagle House, Jericho,
Oxford.
