<div> THIS VACANCY IS FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY.<br><br>The Humanities Division is seeking to employ a 0.5 FTE Training Administrative Assistant for a period of 21 months to begin as soon as possible. The postholder will be based in the Humanities Divisional Office and assist the Humanities Training Officer with the delivery of a programme of generic skills training for research students and research staff.<br><br>You will work under the supervision of the Humanities Training Officer but will need to manage your own time and take initiative within certain areas. You will provide general administrative support for training and development activities for research students and research staff in the Humanities.<br><br>You will have a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent), proven administrative skills, and strong numeracy and IT skills. In addition you will be well-organised and self-motivated, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.<br><br>The closing date for applications is noon on 20 December 2012. Interviews will be held in January 2013. </div>
