NSPCR Administrative and Communications Officer

We are looking to appoint an Administration and Communications Officer to
support the NIHR School for Primary Care Research.

This is an exciting new role reporting to the Senior Scientific Manager.

Your main duties will include administering the peer reviews of all SPCR
(School for Primary Care Research) projects, responsibility for the bi-annual
collection of reporting information and assisting in the production of the
annual reports, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings, producing
agendas and minutes, budget development and management, updating webpages,
development of promotional materials and acting as the point of contact for
the SPCR. You will also provide ad hoc support as necessary within the
Departmental Administration team, to include PA and reception duties as
required.

You will be educated to A Level standard or have equivalent
education/experience. You will also have previously worked in a PA capacity
and have formal secretarial training/qualifications with the ability to touch
type. Previous experience of minute-taking, along with advanced IT skills is
also essential.
