<div> This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide an efficient and expert administrative service to the Bodleian Libraries Personnel team. This particular role will deal with general administration such as minute taking, and dealing with invoices and budgets, as well as assisting with some Personnel administration. <br><br>You will be able to work in a busy, sometimes pressurised environment, where planning and organisation skills are essential, along with attention to detail. Proven IT skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.<br><br>You will be expected to work flexibly with the HR Administration team, and this may involve providing support to the HR Officer as well as the other HR administrators.<br><br>Due to the nature of this post, candidates are required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check as well as a financial background check. The possession of a criminal record or poor financial background will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are judged individually according to the nature of the role and information provided.<br><br>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online.
