Part-time Knowledge Exchange Support Officer

The Humanities Divisional Office seeks to appoint a Knowledge Exchange (KE)
Support Officer in order to strengthen its knowledge exchange operations. You
will work within the Division's research team to support the planning and
delivery of a funding process to help researchers developing new external
collaborations and partnerships.

The role would suit someone who understands working with researchers, can work
to deadlines, and is able to quickly gain the trust of staff and academics.
You will need a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent) and
excellent written and oral communication skills. You must also have excellent
interpersonal skills and proven experience of working independently and to
deadlines, using your own initiative.

This is a 6-month, fixed-term, part-time post for 18 hours per week, although
some additional hours may be negotiable for the right candidate.

The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on 2 September 2013. You will
be required to upload a supporting statement as part of your online
application. Interviews are expected to be held in mid September.
