The Humanities Division is seeking a Part-time Graduate Studies Administrator
to provide support for graduate studies in the Faculty of Linguistics,
Philology and Phonetics and to take responsibility for the administration of
the interdisciplinary Master's degrees in Women's Studies and Film Aesthetics.
You will be part of a small team dealing with all the systems and processes
surrounding the progress of students from potential applicants to the award of
degrees.

You will need to have demonstrated excellent organisational and administrative
skills, show attention to detail and aptitude for working with computer
systems. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with
students, academics and others, and have the judgement to work on your own
initiative. The successful candidate will have some experience of
administration, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible and pro-active
approach.
