<div> This Project involves leading economists from around the world who are developing a new core curriculum for the teaching of economics at undergraduate level. The new curriculum will recognise the changes in the economy and in our understanding of economics that have occurred over the last 30 years, and will also incorporate recent developments in the way students learn and access information. <br><br>The postholder will play an active role in the strategic development and leadership of the project in association with the Project Director and will also take responsibility for its efficient day-to-day running. The postholder together with the project director will have overall editorial responsibility for the print and online materials produced and play an active role in the public promotion of the project. <br><br>Selection Criteria<br>- BA or equivalent in Economics<br>- Previous experience in publishing <br>- Ability to manage complex projects <br>- High level networking skills<br>- Ability to function under pressure with demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time<br>- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills<br>- New media skills including website design, maintenance and content<br>- Experience in economics communication and education<br>- Experience working with academics and academic institutions<br>- Experience working with volunteers<br><br>The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on Monday 28 October 2013. Interviews will be held on Thursday 31 October 2013. </div>
