<div> The Faculty is seeking to appoint an administrator to co-ordinate the production of the Faculty's termly lecture list and to manage the room booking system which is integral to this. The postholder will also be responsible for co-ordinating bookings for events (both internal and external to the university), for assisting with Faculty-run academic conferences and assisting with the Faculty's alumni newsletter. The role involves close liaison with the Faculty's premises and finance teams.<br><br>The Faculty operates across three premises (41 and 47 Wellington Square, and the Grade II listed Taylorian Institute). In total this includes seven lecture theatres plus a further five smaller seminar/committee rooms. This role may involve some evening and (very occasional) weekend work, for which the individual will receive time off in lieu. This is a full-time, permanent position.<br><br>We need someone who has experience of organising events, including budgeting, and excellent IT skills, especially the use of databases and websites. You should also be professional, flexible and remain calm under pressure.
