The Accessible Resources Acquisition & Creation Unit (ARACU) is looking for an Administrator to join its team based within the new Research and Learning Support section of Academic Library Services, Bodleian Libraries. The Research and Learning Support team provide a range of cross-divisional services which includes the Bodleian Admissions Office, User Education, Reprographic Services, Inter Library Loans, and other document supply activities such as Scan on Demand.<br><br>The purpose of ARACU is to ensure that print-disabled students receive their reading materials in their chosen format with the highest possible quality and in a timely manner so that they do not become disadvantaged compared with other students.<br><br>You will be responsible for the general day-to-day management of ARACU in consultation with the Disability Librarian and also with the Head of Document Delivery Services.<br><br>You will have a good general education (including GSCE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above) and Good IT skills (particularly Word, Excel and web browsers).<br><br>The ability to work effectively within a team is required as well as experience of working with diverse user groups and of disability issues.<br><br>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online.
