<div> The Retail Operations Department is part of the Enterprises Division and is responsible for international sales and distribution of unique merchandise inspired by the vast collections of the Bodleian Library.<br><br>We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join our small team in the Bodleian shop, (located in the heart of the Old Bodleian Library) and contribute to the ongoing success of the department through the delivery of excellent customer service. These posts involve providing support in all day-to-day operational tasks including processing sales, stock replenishment and routine house-keeping.<br><br>You will be available to work part-time on weekdays and weekends, working an average of 21 hours per week, and be committed to the highest standards of customer service. You will have experience of cash handling, till operation and stock management system.<br><br>Due to the nature of these posts, candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check as well as a financial background check. The possession of a criminal record or poor financial background will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are judged individually according to the nature of the role and information provided.<br><br>Applications are to be made online.<br><br>Only applications received before 12.00 midday on Wednesday 13 November 2013 can be considered.
