Part-time Event Coordinator

<div> This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Oxford-Man Institute&#8217;s administration team as an Events Coordinator. Based at the Oxford-Man Institute of Quantitative Finance in Jericho, the Event Coordinator role is a varied and exciting one. You will have responsibility for making arrangements for the events programme at the Institute including recurring seminar series, conferences, summer schools and workshops.<br><br>You will have proven experience in events co-ordination and outstanding attention to detail. You will have strong interpersonal skills and well developed communication skills including a proven ability to deal with written/email correspondence and convey a range of information clearly. You will have the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines working flexibly with colleagues. You will also have the ability to manage your own workload and competing priorities.<br><br>The postholder will work 22 hours over 5 days per week. Specific working patterns will be discussed at interview but it is anticipated hours will be 9.30 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch.
