Retail Operations Manager (maternity cover)

<div> The Retail Operations department is responsible for international sales and distribution of unique merchandise inspired by the vast collections of the Bodleian Library.<br><br>We are seeking an exceptional individual to manage our product performance analysis and ensure all Bodleian retail businesses have sufficient stock cover to deliver budgeted sales, maintaining, through the University computerised finance system and Retail EPoS/Stock Management, accurate records and procedures for all stock and stock processes for the department. This is a fixed-term appointment to cover maternity leave.<br><br>To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of both invoicing and stock management and of using a computerised stock management system. You will have excellent oral and written analytical, communication and interpersonal communication skills and be committed to upholding the highest standards of customer service. You will also be a self-motivated, dependable and accurate team player who is able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.<br><br>Due to the nature of this post, candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check as well as a financial background check.
