The Oxford-Man Institute of Quantitative Finance (OMI) wishes to appoint a
Project Research Officer.

OMI brings together outstanding academics and industry practitioners to work
together with the aim of enabling high quality independent quantitative
research which answers the challenges being faced across the financial economy
by industry and it’s regulators and which will have a direct impact on the
economy and society in the UK and internationally.

If successful, you will be working alongside OMI academics as well as
receiving input from industry practitioners into the project.

The project will undertake a comprehensive and critical review of the current
“state of the art” scenario generation engine. Individuals will require
knowledge of assets traded in financial markets and an understanding of the
main risk neutral pricing and risk management methodologies as outlines in job
description.

This is a fixed-term position until 10 October 2014 and ideally, starting as
soon as possible after the 8 April 2014.
