Part-time Project and Event Assistant

We are seeking to recruit a project and event assistant to provide support to
the project, The New Madhyamaka: Developing Ancient Indian Thought through
Contemporary Philosophical Tools and Technique led by Jan Westerhoff. The role
will undertake a variety of supporting tasks to facilitate the smooth running
of the project, including working closely with the project lead to ensure the
successful delivery of a 3 day workshop taking place in April 2015.

You should have the ability to coordinate events and collate and produce well-
presented project and event materials. You should have strong computer skills
and attention to detail. Familiarity with Sanskrit and/or Classical Tibetan as
well as Indian philosophical texts would be an advantage.

This is a part-time position involving approximately 5 hours of work per week
and is fixed-term until 31 December 2015.
