<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> The Faculty of Theology and Religion is seeking to recruit a Graduate Studies Assistant to join the faculty administrative team.<br><br>Reporting to the Deputy Faculty Administrator, the Graduate Studies Administrator&#8217;s primary responsibilities are concerned with all aspects of graduate admissions, from initial enquiries by prospective students to provision and awarding of scholarships. The postholder will work closely with the faculty&#8217;s Director of Graduate Studies and with the University&#8217;s Graduate Admissions and Funding team in the University Offices at Wellington Square. She/He will also work closely with the Humanities Division&#8217;s administrator who is responsible for on-course administration in Theology and Religion. <br><br>Alongside good general administrative skills, the successful candidate will have experience of higher education administration, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload. Tact and discretion are also essential to the role. Experience in a similar role and of working directly with students will be an advantage as will knowledge of the University student records system. <br><br>The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on 16 January 2015. </div>
