This is an exciting opportunity for you, a talented fundraiser, to play an
important role in the strategic development of the Humanities at Oxford, and
to develop your career within Oxford Thinking: the largest and most ambitious
campaign in Europe. The role is fixed-term for 3 years.

As Senior Development Executive, you will deliver philanthropic support for
the University’s Humanities Division, which is consistently ranked as world-
leading for the quality of its teaching and research. Your work will
contribute directly to Oxford Humanities’ strategic priorities, including the
endowment of key academic posts, student support, and the development of its
estate.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced development
professional with a strong track record in securing major gifts, with a
confident approach to achieving ambitious income targets. You possess
diplomacy, creativity and outstanding communication skills, and are able to
operate comfortably in a large, complex institution with multiple
stakeholders. You have the credibility and confidence to influence at the
highest level, and a collaborative and flexible working style is essential.
