World University Rankings. The University has ambitious plans to sustain and
to build upon that status, and this is an exciting opportunity for you, a
talented Development professional educated to degree level or equivalent, to
help secure philanthropic support for those objectives as part of the Oxford
Humanities development team, and to further your career within Oxford Thinking
– Europe’s largest fundraising campaign.
Your experience of working in a fundraising environment will allow you to
develop a portfolio of prospects, donors and projects in support of Oxford
Humanities’ top strategic objectives: capital, endowment and student support.
You will join the Humanities Development team at a crucial moment, as it
prepares for major projects to endow academic positions and to create new
facilities.
You will have a track record of securing major gifts, and a confident approach
to achieving ambitious income targets. You possess diplomacy, creativity and
outstanding communication skills, and are able to operate comfortably in a
large, complex institution with multiple stakeholders. You have the
credibility and confidence to influence at the highest level, and a
collaborative and flexible working style.
You will be required to upload a CV and supporting statement as part of your
