Part-time Project Coordinator - Technology and Management Centre for Development (TMCD)

TMCD seeks a Project Coordinator to support its portfolio of research projects
and to provide administrative assistance to the Director, Professor Xiaolan
Fu. The postholder will organise TMCD’s programme of conferences and events,
and provide grant management support including liaising with project partners
on data collection, together with more general administrative duties including
managing the academic visitors scheme.



The post is to start as soon as possible, for 18.25 hours per week, until 31
December 2016 in the first instance.



Applicants should have relevant administrative experience and organisational
skills, proven numeracy skills, data management skills and a high level of
computer literacy, experience in organising and coordinating events, the
ability to work as part of a team and proven writing skills. Proficiency in
written and spoken Chinese would be useful.
