Part-time AHRC DTP Project Officer

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual who will make a
significant contribution to the development and management of the Oxford
Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) and help ensure the successful delivery of
the programme. The University has been awarded £14 million by the Arts and
Humanities Research Council (AHRC) to deliver innovative and world-leading
research training for five cohorts of Arts and Humanities doctoral students
between 2014 and 2021.



The AHRC DTP Project Officer will be responsible for planning in four major
areas of work for the AHRC DTP at Oxford: the management and coordination of
the annual studentship competition; contributing to the strategic direction of
the DTP and the design and development of policies and guidelines; budgetary
management; and assisting with the administrative management of the DTP’s
student cohort development activities.



You will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will have excellent
verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise and
use your initiative. You will also be highly organised with the ability to
manage different projects simultaneously.



This post is part-time (0.5 FTE) and fixed-term for 2 years.
