Premises, Lecture List and Events Manager

The main element of this role is oversight of the production of the Faculty’s
termly lecture list and the room bookings and casual teaching contracts
associated with it; but the individual will also have responsibility for other
room bookings and events within the Faculty. As part of this they will have
operational responsibility, in association with the Premises Manager, for
health and safety and premises issues relating to 41 and 47 Wellington Square.



Applicants should have a good standard of education to degree level or
equivalent relevant experience; plus previous experience in an
office/administrative environment and significant experience of organising
events and/or dealing with room bookings processes. Knowledge of premises
issues and/or relevant health and safety processes would also be desirable.



This is a 2 year fixed-term contract to cover a period of change within the
Faculty with new teaching spaces being created during the summer of 2016.
Depending on start date, the individual may have some involvement in this
building project.
