Part-time Receptionist

The Rewley House Receptionist provides a first-rate reception service to
staff, guests, visitors and students attending courses. You will work
independently and have responsibility for the security of the buildings. You
must be trustworthy, efficient, dependable, well-presented and be able to use
your own initiative. You will have excellent organisational and communication
skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone. Additionally, you will have
sufficient IT skills to enable you to use the Department's computerised
booking system and email. Reception experience would also be a significant
advantage, although it is not essential.



The shift available is Saturdays 1.00 - 7.00 pm.



The appointment will be made for 2 years in the first instance, with the
possibility of renewal thereafter. There will be an opportunity for paid
overtime.



The post includes 38 days per annum (pro rata) inclusive of public holidays
and Departmental closure days, pension and excellent benefits. The Department
is committed to developing colleagues both personally and professionally.
