This is a varied role, including a wide range of administrative, secretarial and reception duties, in which you will meet and work with people at all levels, both departmental staff and visitors.</p><br><p>You should have a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent), excellent written and oral communication skills, proven administrative skills, and strong numeracy and IT skills. You will be able to work independently to manage your own workload and will be well-organised, pro-active, enjoy working as part of a team using your initiative to react to changing circumstances and be able to manage interruptions.</p><br><p>Applications must be made online. Applicants will be required to upload a supporting statement as part of their application.</p><br><p>The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on Friday 7 October 2016, with interviews for shortlisted candidates to be held as soon as possible thereafter.</p> </div>
