Digital Project Assistant

We are seeking a Digital Project Assistant to join the Department&#8217;s Technology-Assisted Lifelong Learning (TALL) unit.</p><br><p>Working as part of a busy production team you will provide support to the team&#8217;s project managers throughout the online course development process including: helping colleagues to research digital resources; copyright administration; assisting with the production of original media; web development of online course content; and setting up courses in the Learning Management System. This post will suit someone who is enthusiastic about enhancing their digital skills in a professional context, and who will enjoy working with university-level academic content in a range of disciplines.</p><br><p>You will be an advanced user of the web, with previous experience of working with digital images and hand-coding in HTML. Strong all-round digital skills are essential and you will be keen to further develop your knowledge and understanding of learning technology. You must be able to follow a brief, but also work independently and use your initiative appropriately to solve problems and resolve issues. You will be an excellent communicator with good written English, an eye for detail, and the ability to produce accurate work to agreed deadlines.
