Applications are invited for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join
the Facilities Team at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics (WTCHG).



You will deal with enquiries and requests from visitors and staff and have
responsibility for elements of the-day-to-day functioning of the building e.g.
access control, CCTV monitoring, critical alarms and health and safety
monitoring. Full training will be provided.



You will be educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent with grade C or
above in English and Maths. You will have an excellent telephone manner and
excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
communicate with a wide range of people. You will have experience of Microsoft
Word and Excel and flexible and adaptable approach to work including the
ability to work independently and as part of a team.



The position is funded by the Department and is available in the first
instance until 31 March 2019.
