<p></p><p>Applications are invited for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the Facilities Team at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics (WTCHG).</p><br><p>You will deal with enquiries and requests from visitors and staff and have responsibility for elements of the-day-to-day functioning of the building e.g. access control, CCTV monitoring, critical alarms and health and safety monitoring. Full training will be provided.</p><br><p>You will be educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent with grade C or above in English and Maths. You will have an excellent telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people. You will have experience of Microsoft Word and Excel and flexible and adaptable approach to work including the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><br><p>The position is funded by the Department and is available in the first instance until 31 March 2019.</p><br><p>Please quote reference 126785 on all correspondence.
