You will provide administrative support to various projects, including events, conferences, and fellowships. You will be responsible for organising each project; ensuring good communication with all stakeholders; liaising with the relevant colleges/Faculties/Departments concerning each project, its budget and associated events.</p><br><p>You will need good people skills at all levels, including donors, senior academic leaders and administrative staff, along with the ability to work under pressure, and to juggle competing deadlines. You must have excellent communication and organisational abilities and an interest in extending your range of skills. Applicants should be able to provide versatile assistance and administrative support as necessary and be comfortable in a people-facing role.</p><br><p>This is a full-time maternity cover role available for 9 months, or until the return of the substantive postholder. The post is available immediately.</p><br><p>Secondments will be subject to detailed discussion involving relevant line managers.
