<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><p>The Faculty are seeking to appoint a Graduate Studies Officer to support graduate academic administration and activities within the Faculty.</p><br> <p>The Faculty currently admits approximately 60 students to its taught Master's programmes, and currently has approximately 120 students pursuing a DPhil/research degree within the Faculty. The Graduate Studies team (comprising this post, and two part-time assistants) support all aspects of the graduate life cycle including admissions, student progression, and examinations and is a key point of contact for graduate students within the Faculty. The appointee will be responsible for: supporting the Director of Graduate Studies and Director of Masters Courses in their roles; ensuring all processes run smoothly and that accurate record keeping is maintained; servicing committees; keeping information in handbooks and websites up to date and accurate; and assisting the Graduate Network and organising events such as the graduate induction and training sessions.</p><br> <p>Applicants should possess good general education to degree standard or equivalent; and previous experience in an administrative environment.
