<p></p><p>The Faculty of Theology and Religion, in association with Trinity College, is seeking to appoint a Departmental Lecturer in Modern Theology to play an active role in teaching of existing undergraduate and graduate courses on Modern Theology for the Faculty and the College. The appointee will become part of a vibrant research environment and will have opportunities to develop their career in research, teaching and collaborative work.</p><br>
<p>This is a full-time, fixed-term post available for 12 months from 1 October 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter.</p><br>
<p>The successful candidate will hold a doctorate (or equivalent) in a field of research falling within the broad area of Modern Theology. They will have an excellent research record along with aptitude for, and experience of teaching. The postholder will oversee the implementation of a new core undergraduate paper, so competence to develop course materials is essential, as is willingness to participate in admissions selection processes (within both the Faculty and College), and examining and governance (for the Faculty).</p><br>
