Applications are invited for the full-time, permanent position of Timetabling
and Events Assistant in the Faculty of Law. This is an interesting and varied
role involving frequent contact with faculty and students, providing
administrative support for a range of events and activities, including the
management of the lecture list and room bookings.



Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, be IT proficient,
demonstrate strong organisational skills and a high standard of written
communication, have effective interpersonal skills and be able to produce
accurate work. Experience of using Planon and Weblearn would be desirable.
