You will supervise a small front of house and commercial team at the Museum of the History of Science. You will assist in the general day-today running of the Museum and will deputise in the absence of a Senior Manager for specific retail tasks. The role requires you to be focused on delivering against key project objectives, whilst being able to enhance the visitor experience and drive commercial profit. You will have the additional responsibility in providing ongoing service, sales, and process training to the team.</p><br> <p>Key skills: experience of working in a retail experience working with comparable products, preferably with luxury goods is essential; you will need to have excellent communication, selling and IT skills; the ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks; motivational and inspirational leader; the ability to adapt and respond to changing situations; you will be expected to be of smart appearance and have the ability to work on your own initiative within a small team; you will be able to carry out the physical demands of the role, as you may be required to move stock and set up Exhibition shops.<br> <br>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online.
