<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Humanities Divisional Finance Team. This is one of two posts in the Division that provide faculties with ongoing post award financial support.</p><br> <p>Reporting to the Divisional Finance Manager, you will have a leading role in the effective financial management of the Division&#8217;s growing research grant and studentship portfolio. You will be pivotal in standardising financial management grant practices across the Division ensuring best practice is embedded within each Faculty. You will serve as the Divisional finance lead on key awards, including the more complex collaborative and EU grants and will advise the Division on financial matters associated with research grants.</p><br> <p>You will have extensive financial accounting experience, including an appropriate qualification, proven analytical skills, alongside excellent IT skills, and be a highly effective communicator, both orally and in writing, able to explain complex financial issues to a wide range of people, including those without financial expertise.
