We are seeking a full-time Research Associate to join the Scientific Computing
Group at the Oxford e-Research Centre, Department of Engineering Science
(Keble Road, Oxford). The post is funded by ERC and is fixed-term for 1 year.



The postholder will work on the AstroAccelerate project that focuses on
developing GPU accelerated software for processing time-domain radio astronomy
data in real-time.



You will be responsible for: managing our C++ library, integrate existing code
into it, and upgrade existing code to defined C++ standard; managing the
projects git repository, documentation, web presentation; communication within
the group and with outside contributors including industry partners;
contributing to the group’s research publications.



You should possess a first degree in physics/mathematics/computer science or a
related subject. Proficiency in C++, Knowledge of GPUs and CUDA. Ability to
manage git repositories.
