The post also serves as Executive Assistant to the Head of Administration and Finance and the Chair of the Faculty Board. Particular responsibilities for the appointee include: managing the two administrative assistants, seeking out news stories/events for the Faculty's website and producing a termly e-newsletter for interested individuals.</p><br> <p>Applicants should possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, previous experience in an office environment, and previous experience of communications activities.</p><br> <p>The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on Monday 11 September 2017.</p><br> <p>Please note that the University of Oxford's retirement policy is changing. With effect from 1 October 2017, all employees at Grade 8 and above will have a retirement age of 68, and all employees at Grades 6 and 7 will no longer have a set retirement age.
