<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><p>Women in Humanities (WiH) is an exciting interdisciplinary programme that draws together researchers from across the Humanities (and beyond) to explore issues related to gender, the body and sexuality. Our aim is to explore not just how gender plays out in history, art, philosophy, music, language and literature, but also the ethics and politics of gender identity in the world of Humanities academia.</p><br> <p>The purpose of this post is to provide dedicated support as Research Programme Coordinator for WiH. The post is part-time (0.4 FTE), available immediately and is fixed-term for 24 months. The hours of work will change during the period of appointment in accordance with the requirements of The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities (TORCH).</p><br> <p>You will play a key administrative role in ensuring the success and smooth running of the programme. In addition, you will work closely with all members of the programme and a range of international visitors and collaborators who will be involved in the Centre&#8217;s activities. You will also be responsible for supporting programme staff in a range of administrative activities directly or indirectly related to the successful management of WiH, including planning and organising events, and website management, and will be expected to liaise closely with administrative staff in TORCH and the Humanities faculties, and with relevant officers and offices in the wider University.</p><br> <p>Applications must be submitted online.
