<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><p>We are seeking a full-time Research Associate in Scientific Computing to join AstroAccelerate project at the Department of Engineering Science Oxford e-Research Centre. The post is funded by STFC and ERC and is fixed-term to 31 December 2018.</p><br> <p>The postholder will be a member of the scientific computing group based at the Oxford e-Research Centre, University of Oxford. The postholder will work on the AstroAccelerate project that focuses on developing GPU accelerated software for processing time-domain radio astronomy data in real-time. Their primary responsibility would be to manage our existing C++ library, incorporate new code (written in c and CUDA) into it and upgrade some existing code to C++ according to unified coding standards. They would also be responsible for maintaining documentation and web presentation of the project. The post holder will also responsible for communication regarding library and its development within the group and with external contributors.
