Part-time Training Administrative Assistant

The Humanities Division is seeking to employ a Training Administrative
Assistant. The postholder will be based in the Humanities Divisional office
and assist the Humanities Training Officer with the delivery of a programme of
development opportunities and skills training for research students and
research staff. The post is permanent, part-time at 0.5 FTE, and available
from 24 September 2018.



The postholder will work under the supervision of the Humanities Training
Officer, but they will need to manage their own time and take initiative
within certain areas. They will provide general administrative support for
training and development activities for research students and research staff
in the Humanities.



You will have a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent), proven
administrative skills, and strong numeracy and IT skills. You will be well-
organised and self-motivated, with excellent written and oral communications
skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
