<p></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Receptionist to join the University of Oxford within the Bodleian Libraries. You will have the opportunity to develop practical Customer Service experience and, as the first point of contact in the Clarendon Building, you will learn all aspects of our Receptionist role. Your role will involve welcoming visitors, responding to queries in person, via email and on the phone and keeping the reception area well maintained and presentable, and records and processes up-to-date.</p><br>
<p>You will gain a level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Qualification which will enable you to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member.</p><br>
<p>This is a fixed-term post for 18 months, working part-time, 35 hours per week (0.96 FTE), 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday.</p><br>
