THIS VACANCY IS FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY.
In this role you will be part of an IT support team supporting the Faculty of
Music and the Faculty of Philosophy. You will be working under the supervision
of the Inter-Faculty Head of IT to provide IT Support to end-users.
You will have previous experience of providing IT support and have excellent
customer service skills. You will have experience of supporting end-users in
person, over the phone, via email or a service desk tool. You will also have
experience supporting audio visual equipment.
This is a busy role which will require you to work both independently and as
part of a wider support team. You will be able to communicate clearly,
concisely and professionally with a range of people. You will demonstrate an
ability to prioritise your work and manage your time appropriately.
