<p></p><p>The Humanities Division is seeking a part-time Graduate Studies Administrator to undertake a range of administrative duties relating to graduate students on taught interdisciplinary Master’s degrees administered by the Humanities Division. These currently include the MSt Comparative Literature and Critical Translation; MSt Film Aesthetics; MSt Medieval Studies; and MSt Women’s Studies.</p><br>
<p>The postholder will be expected to acquire excellent knowledge of the University’s graduate studies procedures and processes and a thorough understanding of University regulations so that they can provide guidance to applicants, students, faculty-based administrators and Course Convenors on any matters related to graduate studies administration.</p><br>
<p>You will need to have demonstrated strong organisational skills combined with good IT skills including the use of databases to record and maintain information. You will also need excellent communication skills with a high level of personal discretion and judgement, as well as an ability to work accurately and independently.</p><br>
