<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><p>This post will play a key role in the administration, documentation and organisation of the Humanities Division&#8217;s activity related to its collaborations with the UK and international heritage sector. As Heritage Programme Support Officer you will work closely with the Heritage Engagement Fellow (Dr Oliver Cox) to evaluate and report on existing collaborations creating engaging and interesting content across different platforms to share and celebrate recent collaborative research, knowledge exchange and public engagement projects. You will work closely with a small team to scope and nurture new projects, and gain valuable experience at the intersection of higher education and the heritage sector.</p><br> <p>This post is part-time (0.4 FTE) and fixed-term until 31 July 2020.</p><br> <p>You will play a key role in organising varied research and public engagement activities, which will involve close and regular liaison academic and professional staff, and maintaining effective communication across the heritage portfolio by drafting articles, briefings, and presentations. You will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for key meetings including fortnightly Heritage and Creative Industries Team Meetings and monthly meetings with the wider Humanities Division team and Business Engagement and Partnerships team. Your immediate team will include the Heritage Engagement Fellow, National Trust Partnership Lead, National Trust Partnership Support Officer and the Creative Industries Officer.</p><br> <p>You will need good people skills at all levels, including senior academic leaders and administrative staff, along with the ability to work under pressure, and to juggle competing deadlines. Accuracy, attention to detail, demonstrable interest in the heritage sector, and a readiness to contribute to the overall success of the TORCH Heritage Partnerships within the Humanities Division is essential.</p><br> <p>Applications must be made online.
