<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><p>We are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified professional to join the Sports Department team as a Duty Manager, working throughout the entire complex at Iffley Road.</p><br> <p>Oxford University Sport offers a wide range of sport and leisure facilities and hosts a varied programme of activities and competitions. As a senior member of operations staff you will provide full support to the General Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of the sports facilities and contribute to the delivery of quality service provision by effective management of operational staff on your shifts. You will also be allocated individual responsibilities and projects to enable you to grow and develop within the role.</p><br> <p>Duty Managers work on a well-balanced shift rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends and working hours are an average of 36.5 per week over a set 3-week shift pattern.
