<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><p>The History of Science Museum (HSM) seeks an exceptional individual to join as its Head of Operations and Commercial at the arguably most pivotal time in our history.</p><br> <p>The HSM is about to launch Vision 2024, a hugely ambitious strategy for the 4 years ahead in the run-up to our first centenary. In the course of those 4 years and backed by a major fundraising campaign, the HSM is aiming to create and maintain a highly motivated diverse team in order to completely refurbish its galleries and back-of-house spaces, to create an award winning visitor experience, to maintain and extend its reputation as one of the world-leaders in research and teaching and to make its collections fully accessible physically and digitally to audiences world-wide.</p><br> <p>The Head of Operations and Commercial will lead, and deliver on, all financial, commercial and operative matters that underpin these ambitious plans. In this dynamic environment an innovative and collaborative approach to projects and delivery will be the key to your success in this role and you will have to be comfortable with taking calculated risks. This will require excellent communication and influencing skills on all levels of the operation.</p><br> <p>All applications must be made online.
