Service Desk and AV Support Officer

As Service Desk and AV Support Officer you will be part of an IT team
supporting the Law Faculty and Manor Road Building departments – Economics and
Politics and International Relations. You will be working under the
supervision of the IT Manager to provide IT and AV support to end-users.



You will have previous experience of providing IT and Audio-Visual support and
have excellent customer service skills. You will have experience of supporting
end-users in person, over the phone, via email and/or a service desk tool.



This is a busy role which will require you to work both independently and as
part of a wider support team. You will be able to communicate clearly,
concisely and professionally with a range of people. You will demonstrate an
ability to prioritise your work and manage your time appropriately.
