The University of Oxford proposes to appoint a full-time Programme Manager to
join its Oxford Character Project (Virtues and Vocations) research project
based in the Faculty of Theology and Religion. The position is fixed-term
until 30 June 2023.
As our Programme Manager, you will oversee the strategic development, planning
and delivery of character and leadership development programmes, both at the
University of Oxford and in conjunction with academic and industry partners in
the UK and around the world.
The role requires the coordination of programme development and delivery
activities with a research project involving multiple University of Oxford
departments as well as academic and industry partners. It will include
strategic development of programmes and partnerships, building relationships
with internal and external partners, project management to deliver high
quality programmes. You will play a full part in a strongly collaborative
team, working closely with the Project Director and our team of researchers.
