<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Officer to provide efficient and effective first-line support to academics, research and administrative staff, and visitors at two research institutes collocated in a new University building, Trajan House. This role will be part of the Humanities Division&#8217;s Inter-Faculty IT support team and will report to the Inter-Faculty Head of IT, who is based in the Radcliffe Humanities building on Woodstock Road.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The successful applicant will require knowledge, experience and technical competence across a broad range of computing areas. These include user support, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software, server and desktop operating systems, AV support and networking. This post will play a crucial role within the Inter-Faculty IT team. This is an excellent opportunity to use and strengthen your IT skills and knowledge in a range of different contexts. Training and support via the University&#8217;s IT Services will be available, and you will be part of a large community of IT staff across the collegiate University.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This role is fixed term for two years initially and full-time.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applications must be made online.
